Optimum Image sizes are for guidance only and indicate the production size. Images that are downloaded as JPEGs can be enlarged but start to pixelate at very large sizes. The Optimum Image size will give the best detail.

SVG images (Scalable Vector Graphics) do not pixelate and in theory can be viewed at any size and the Optimum Image size is again just an indication of the production size.

Downloads and Returns

Your purchase will be delivered by Digital Download at the time of purchase.

You will see a notification saying

• Preparing your Downloads This may take a few minutes

• You will also receive an email with a Download link for your purchase

• Click the Link to download the File.

Returns are subject to the decision of the Artist.

Your print has been carefully packaged for posting flat in a specially purposed cover, keep it in it’s packaging until framed (not recommended for long term storage).

Tips.

• Handle your print using two hands, support carefully by the edges

• Do not touch the print surface with your fingers or hands, oils from your skin can damage the print

• Avoid scratching the surface

• Never allow liquids to come in contact with a print

• Clean only with acid-free, archival materials

• Framing under glass or acrylic provides the greatest protection. UV light and ozone can cause damage. 

• Avoid hanging in direct or extremely bright indirect light

• Non reflective Artglass or UltraVue glass is recommended with a mount to stop the print touching the glass

• Keep unframed prints away from sources of ozone, such as monitors and TVs, air purifiers and do not stacking anything on top of a print

• Avoid excessive extremes of temperature and humidity 

• Avoid chemicals in wall paint, especially solvents, might damage the print (yellowing) be sure to protect with a frame
