Returns

Damage & significant delays

In the unlikely event the ‘Print’ arrives damaged replacements are free of charge. To arrange this please contact 4rt.club at Admin@4rt.club.

4rt.club only offers refunds if the ‘Print’ arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either case 4rt.club will request return of the ‘Print’ so that 4rt.club can dispose of it/them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.

Refunds

Other than for damaged prints, are returned at your own expense and accepted at the discretion of the artist. Please use the 4rt.club contacts page for your feedback on our service.

At all times our aim is to have happy and satisfied customers.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation.

Delivery

Our aim is to deliver your UK order within 3-5 working days from dispatch, subject to stock availability & excludes Sale periods. Order tracking will be notified by email.

We deliver throughout the UK. We have to allow 7 working days for delivery before we can raise an enquiry with our couriers.

Delivery Charges

4rt.club Standard Delivery is FREE IN THE UK.

Cancellation Policy

When you buy products online, you have cancellation rights detailed under the EU directive on Consumer Rights 83/2011. If you reside in a non EU country, we offer the same rights to you.

You are entitled to cancel your order if you so wish, providing that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that have been personalised / altered / opened or contaminated in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

You can cancel by contacting 4rt.club ON THE contacts page or email Admin@4rt.club.

If you decide to cancel, you should return your order to us at your own cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction,the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.

Post production, delivery charges are non refundable.

If you change your mind, your order will be reimbursed less standard delivery charges providing the entire order is returned in the original packaging (unopened) including any promotional gifts that formed part of the original order.

This cancellation policy complies with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.

4rt.club will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

Copyright

All images are copyrighted to 4rt.club or the artist.

The number of ‘final’ impressions is limited to one for personal use. If you want to monetize 4rt.club copyrighted artwork you can earn commission by becoming part of our free affiliate program, you will receive an invitation with your first purchase.

Each downloaded image will generate a personalised provenance of authentication for each impression produced, signed by the artist and separately emailed to the address used for the download.

To maintain the value of the purchase breaches of copyright will be legally challenged.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down.

Discounts & Promotions

Free gift offers apply to UK delivery address orders only.

Discount & Promotional Codes are limited to one promotional code per order.

All gifts are chosen for specific promotions and cannot be exchanged. We reserve the right to substitute the gift featured for an alternative when demand is higher than expected.

All promotions have an expiry date; please check this before placing your order. To qualify for the correct promotion please quote the Promotional Code which can be found on the marketing material or order form. Code must be entered into the promotional code box at the checkout on our website. Promotional discounts will be applied to full price items only; any items returned will be refunded minus discount.

Subscribers Affiliate Marketing

Participating subscribers can expect a gratuity for sales resulting from their 4rt.club promotions as announced at the time of publication for the agreed time span or until the ‘Limited Edition’ reaches its limit.

The method of re-emburment for such gratuities will be agreed with individual subscribers be that they be made by direct payment, gift vouchers or even donations to a chosen charity.

Availability

All stock (including free gifts) is subject to availability.

Limited Editions

The total prints issued will never be greater than that stated (eg 1/500 to 500/500). Variant sizes are indicated in the shop, larger sizes may be made available on request.

For the purpose of current EU consumer contract legislation all promotions associated with orders from 4rt.club (including free gifts, prices, discounts, multi-buy savings and any other similar offers) will cease to be valid when stock is no longer available, unless otherwise stated.

Colour Reproduction

Every care has been taken to ensure that the product descriptions and specifications are correct. The limitations of colour reproduction may mean a slight variation from the actual products can occur.

Sizing

Please refer to our sizing guide for general measurements. Detail / definition is often more pronounced in larger sized prints.

Confidential Mailing

4rt.club observes the code of practice covering the use of personal data as outlined in the Data Protection Act of 2018. We also comply fully with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013.

To unsubscribe from mailings click unsubscribe on our marketing emails and update your mailing preferences or via the contacts page or email Admin@4rt.club. Please state your requirements clearly on all correspondence. Changes may take up to 28 days to take effect, you may still receive a number of mailings while we remove your details from the list.

The items included in the affiliate programs may be listed on the 4rt.club site and social media pages and marketing. The purpose is to provide relevant links to ‘Third-party’ sites.

These Third-party links will be coloured orange. These links may generate a small commission income for 4rt.club.

Third-party links will have separate Privacy Policies and Terms & Conditions. 4rt.club has not tested nor should any recommendation be implied on these or any products that are not directly produced by or for 4rt.club.
